New Performance approaches each client as an individual recognizing that each person’s body runs on a different engine. Our approach consists of an Initial Visit, Personalized Program, and Follow up Visits.
Your personal engine is determined during the Initial Visit using the following protocol:

During the second visit your Personalized Program will detail the foods that will most efficiently fuel
your body. Supplements and a fitness regimen will also be suggested to enhance and increase your
“New Performance”
using the Personalized Program. You will have a journal to keep track of your progress including your food intake, exercise, energy levels and sleep patterns. If needed, further testing can be done to evaluate heavy metal toxicity that may be hindering your every day performance.
Follow Up visits will map your progress and help guide you on your journey to an optimal way of life. Your weight and body fat will be checked; food intake adjusted to efficiently fuel your shifting engine and exercise program modified to meet your improved physical performance. Following your Personalized Program can rev up your performance!
